Danang Maritime Port Administration attended the 2019 CIC Concentrated Inspection Campaign and Dissemination Training Conference.

In order to improve qualifications and capacities of officers engaged in marine accident investigation and ship inspection. From August 22 to August 23, 2019, in Hue City, the Vietnam Maritime Administration held a training conference on marine accident investigation and disseminated the 2019 CIC centralized inspection campaign under the chairmanship of Deputy Director Nguyen Hoang.

At the Conference, the reporters approved the CIC 2018 results and updated the amendments, supplements and new IMO regulations on maritime safety, maritime security and environmental pollution prevention; at the same time conducting CIC guidance in 2019. Regarding the investigation of accidents, the reporters presented very clearly the process of investigating marine accidents as well as the skills of interrogating crew members, methods of scene examination, collecting documents and evidence. just serving marine accident investigation.
